fender almost done

I got the fender up there, its mounted to the frame on this one so I made a brace of sorts to center it and hold it up in the air as i worked on the mounts. I shaved this whole frame so I had to come up with something a little different to keep the fender to the frame. Im diggin it. I have to do the lower mount and then make the seat frame which will also hold onto the fender. All this on milk and cookies.

Slimmin down Steve's shovel

So it began, I cut off all the useless shit of Steve's FL frame, cleaned it all up, cut his sporty tank in two, narrowed it 1.5" on the bottom and .5" up top. Now its onto the bars then seat and fender.

And so it begins

Just a quick mock up of ride height, ordered a bunch of shit on Saturday, got a rear wheel and old PM brake set up from Jason, rear fender from Front St. Cycles and some fucking ribbed oil tank that Steve had. Still gotta get my hands on an old beat up Sporty tank to narrow, so if anyone has one on the cheap let me know!!!!

We are at it again

Just picked up this 72 driveline with Steve today way out on the north fork of Long Island from Tony. Just about to start putting together a kick ass Shovel chop for Steve! Rebuilt motor with no miles, tight ratchet top, primo belt drive and papers!
