Ride down to the FDR

Me and my buddy Jason left the Island at about 8am, and hit the Southern State, it was all nice till we got on the Belt Parkway which is like riding through a fuckin war zone! I swear they test military bombs on that road. I dont want to hear any of that EldiabloMexico run complaining, you guys dont know bad roads! We were bar to bar till about Coney Island when I saw Jason drop back, I look back to see if all is cool and out of the corner of my eye I see an NYPD Highway cop, at first, as Jason thought, I thought the guy wanted to pass us, turns out he didnt. He starts hitting the siren and telling us to exit over the loud speaker. We get off and he starts in with "what kind of plates are those, where are your turn signals, where are your horns, is that helmet DOT. Long story short, Jason used a get out of jail free card and we were back on the road. This cop had no idea we had to meet AJ in Rahway, what a fool he was, doesnt he read my facebook page? So we hit Staten Island, another fucking dump, get gas and head to Jersey. We snatch up AJ and hit the Turnpike, POOF! AJ is gone, 100 down the turnpike, so I go to tighten my helmet and I unsnap it! Now doing 100 and holding onto my helmet by the snap FUCK, I let off the throttle and fix my helmet and then catch Jason and AJ. The rest of the ride was at about 65-70, much better on a 4speed. AJ did a sweet brake test at about 85mph, just locks up the rears and asks if we saw the smoke! hahahaha Well we roll into the FDR, find all the boys, Slaytanic, Truth, Dave, Christian and the boys from Boston, Brent and Dan from Philly, goood gathering of Hate Fuckers. Had a good time there and we hit the road back to NY at about 3:30, AJ had to be in Brooklyn by 5 so he took off and me and Jason grabbed a bite. Hit the Turnpike at exit 3 and fucking traffic! We rode the entire Turnpike on the shoulder, over the Gothels bridge, let me tell you and Jason will agree, you have tried anything till you split lanes over the Goethels Bridge! Stop in Staten Island again for the last gas stop and onto the Island. The Belt was hit and miss, some traffic some open areas but we made the best of it. I am sure we were called assholes more than once from the drivers out on Sunday night. The weather was great, the ride was better! Good time, good people all in all and I'm still walking which is a good sign! The back held out even with the new herniation!
